Nate has been selling Real Estate in Shasta County for over 22 years. He has lived in Shasta County for over 45 years and has a true connection to the area and the people here locally.
Since entering real estate, Nate has experienced steady annual growth. He attributes his success in today’s competitive marketplace to solid customer service and relationship building. He genuinely cares about his clients and his business reflects this as over 90% of Nate’s sales are repeat and referral customers.
Nate graduated from California State University Chico in 1998 and obtained his California Real Estate Salesperson License in 1999. In 2015 Nate received his California Broker’s License. In November of 2017 Nate joined eXp Realty.

Justine Fenner joined Nate in 2013 as an Executive Assistant, bringing with her 25 years of customer service and marketing skills. In 2015 she received her California Real Estate Salesperson license. She worked as a Buyer Specialist in 2017 for the Team.
She is passionate about extending excellent customer service, and looks forward to working with each client, helping to make their home buying and selling experience enjoyable.
